- Duration: Ads will remain promoted for the duration specified in the package (e.g., 1 month or 3 months).
- Ad Quality: We reserve the right to reject or remove any promoted ad if the content is misleading, illegal, or of poor quality without a refund.
4. User Conduct and Content
- You agree not to post stolen parts, prohibited items, or misleading information.
- All images uploaded must be original and represent the actual product being sold.
- Spamming or posting the same ad multiple times is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
- carspares.pk acts solely as a platform for connecting buyers and sellers.
- We are not responsible for the condition of parts, the accuracy of listings, or any financial losses during personal transactions.
- We do not guarantee that promoting an ad will result in a guaranteed sale.
6. Service Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify service fees, packages, or these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
